About Jessica Landon
Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica Landon is a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario and a member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia. With over a decade of experience in hands-on therapy and wellness, her approach combines strong clinical knowledge with an intuitive, personalized style of care. She is passionate about creating treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative.
Her treatments are thoughtfully tailored to each individual, whether the goal is relieving chronic pain and tension, restoring mobility, addressing a specific dysfunction, or simply creating space to deeply relax. Jessica blends therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release and deep tissue therapy with soothing relaxation work to create treatments that are both effective and restorative.
She has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including TMJ dysfunction, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, sciatica, and sports-related injuries. She believes that effective treatment begins with understanding the individual—not just the symptoms—and works with each client to create a treatment plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term wellness.
Jessica has a special focus in TMJ and neck dysfunction, with advanced training in TMJ assessment and treatment as well as focused treatment of the cervical spine and surrounding musculature. She has completed advanced TMD and neck training with Jules Poulin at From The Neck Up (Toronto), as well as TMJ Evaluation and Management Procedures with Dr. Jennifer Illes.
After more than a decade of practicing in Toronto, Jessica is excited to bring her experience, passion, and personalized approach to Maritime Chiropractic & Wellness and to begin this next chapter in Nova Scotia.
On her days off, she is looking forward to getting to know the community, exploring the province, growing her lawn, and walking with her dogs.
